This project is a disruptive initiative in how it connects education and entertainment, using a playful tool to create change agents from childhood. The goal is that by the end of each performance, children leave with a better understanding of essential values, ready to apply them in their everyday lives. Additionally, the work seeks to spark conversations between parents and children about the importance of empathy, respect, and creativity.
The project arises from the need to offer a values-based education for children aged 7 to 11 in an innovative, fun, and transformative way. Through puppet theater, we aim to awaken a greater awareness in children and their families about the importance of values such as respect, empathy, and creativity, using a visual and playful narrative that encourages active participation and emotional learning.
We invite all visual artists from Latin America to participate in this one-of-a-kind event — a tribute to creativity, innovation, and artistic expression. This is your chance for your works and your essence to be seen, appreciated, and celebrated worldwide.
The top three winners will not only receive a monetary prize but also the honor of exhibiting their works in a London gallery, showcasing them to an international audience where every stroke and every story will be celebrated. This is the moment for Latin American art to find its place in the heart of the world.
The recent exhibition, “A Través del Prisma,” held at the Colombian Consulate in London, was a deeply enriching experience for me. This event brought together the vibrant works of fellow artist Juan Uribe and me, offering a unique opportunity to share our latest creations with a diverse audience.
